Individual Terms of Use
Effective Date: November 1st , 2025
Welcome, and thank you for your interest in DBR77 Robotics sp. z o.o. (“DBR77,” “we,” or “us”) and our websites at https://www.dbr77.com, https://masterclass.dbr77.com/, and related hosted applications and online learning services (collectively, the “Service”).
These Individual Terms of Use (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you”) and DBR77 regarding your access to and use of the Service.
If you or your organization have entered into a separate written agreement or license (for example, a Business or University Partnership Agreement) with DBR77 covering access to Masterclass or other DBR77 services, then that separate agreement governs your use of the Service, and these Individual Terms of Use do not apply to you.
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY
By clicking “I Accept,” or by accessing or using any part of the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and DBR77’s Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms, or if you are not eligible to use the Service, you may not access or use the Service.
Your use of the Service, and DBR77’s provision of it to you, constitutes a mutual agreement to be bound by these Terms.
1. Service Overview
The “Service” refers to the DBR77 Masterclass — an online educational platform operated by DBR77 Robotics sp. z o.o. (“DBR77,” “we,” or “us”), designed to help users learn about industrial digital transformation, automation, robotics, and related technologies.
The Service provides structured e-learning programs, video lessons, quizzes, assignments, and certification modules available through the DBR77 Masterclass website and related hosted applications.
No live classes, video conferencing, or recorded sessions are included as part of the Service.
DBR77 may, from time to time, add new learning modules, assessments, or features, which will also be governed by these Terms.
The Service does not include access to DBR77’s commercial products or professional services unless specifically stated in a separate written agreement.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:
(a) you are at least 16 years old;
(b) you have not been previously suspended or removed from any DBR77 service; and
(c) your registration and use of the Service comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
If you are accessing the Service on behalf of an organization, such as a university or company, the individual accepting these Terms confirms that they are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms, and that organization agrees to be bound by them.
Separate terms may apply for business or university partnerships under a distinct written agreement with DBR77.
3. Accounts and Registration
To access most features of the Service, you must register for a DBR77 Masterclass account.
During registration, you will be asked to provide accurate and complete information, including your name, email address, country of residence, and, if applicable, billing details.
You are prohibited from providing sensitive personal data (such as health, biometric, or children’s data) in any registration or learning fields.
You are responsible for:
- maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials,
- ensuring your account information remains accurate and up to date, and
- all activities that occur under your account.
If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, you must immediately notify us at contact@dbr77.com.
DBR77 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials.
4. General Payment Terms
Certain Masterclass features may require a paid subscription or one-time fee. Before purchasing, you will have an opportunity to review and accept the applicable fees.
All prices are stated in USD and are inclusive of TAX.
Unless otherwise required by law, payments are non-refundable.
By providing payment information, you authorize DBR77 or its authorized payment processor to charge your chosen payment method for all applicable fees and taxes.
4.1 Pricing
DBR77 reserves the right to determine and modify pricing for the Service at its discretion.
Up-to-date pricing information is published at https://masterclass.dbr77.com/all-courses/ oraz https://masterclass.dbr77.com/pricing/ (“Pricing”).
We may adjust fees or introduce new charges by posting changes before they take effect.
Promotional pricing or discounts may be offered selectively; such offers apply only to the specified users and periods.
4.2 Free (Light) Version
DBR77 offers a Light Version of the Masterclass, which provides limited, free access to selected educational materials.
This version may be modified, restricted, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
The Light Version is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, and does not include access to paid modules, downloadable resources, or advanced assessments.
Accounts created under the Light Version cannot be converted to paid subscriptions. Attempting to do so may result in account termination and data loss.
4.3 Payment, Access, and Term
Purchase of a course on the DBR77 platform requires a single, one-time payment. This fee grants you access to the specified course materials for a fixed period of twelve (12) months (the “Access Period”), beginning on the date of purchase.
This purchase is not a recurring subscription. Your access will not automatically renew at the end of the Access Period, and you will not be charged any recurring fees.
You authorize DBR77 or its payment processor to charge your payment method for the total applicable course fee, including any taxes, in a single transaction at the time of purchase.
Upon the expiration of the 12-month Access Period, your access to the course will automatically terminate. To regain access, you must purchase the course again..
Cancellation requests must be received before the renewal date to avoid charges for the next billing period.
4.4 Excess Use
Each subscription is intended for a single user.
Sharing login credentials, account access, or educational materials with other individuals constitutes unauthorized use.
DBR77 reserves the right to suspend your account, terminate access, or charge additional fees for such violations in accordance with the pricing of your current plan.
4.5 Delinquent Accounts
DBR77 may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if any payment remains outstanding after the due date.
You are responsible for all costs incurred in collecting overdue payments, including reasonable administrative or legal fees.
If your payment method becomes invalid or your account remains delinquent, DBR77 may delete your account and all associated data without liability.
5. Licenses
5.1 Limited License
Subject to your complete and ongoing compliance with these Terms, DBR77 Robotics sp. z o.o. (“DBR77”) grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and use the DBR77 Masterclass platform solely for your personal, educational, and non-commercial purposes.
This license allows you to:
(a) access and view the online materials made available through your account; and
(b) use any associated downloadable resources or documents provided within the Service for your personal learning.
No other rights are granted to you under these Terms, and all other uses of the Service are strictly prohibited.
5.2 License Restrictions
Except to the extent such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law, you may not:
(a) reproduce, distribute, publicly display, publish, or create derivative works from any part of the Service or its content;
(b) modify, copy, or translate any course material or software;
(c) share, sell, sublicense, rent, or transfer access to your account or the Service to any third party;
(d) interfere with or circumvent any access control or security mechanism of the Service; or
(e) extract, scrape, or harvest data, content, or source code from the Service in any automated or manual manner.
If you are legally prohibited from using the Service under the laws of your country or region, you must not access or use it.
5.3 Feedback
We value feedback and suggestions from our users.
If you choose to provide comments, suggestions, or ideas regarding improvements to the Service (“Feedback”), you grant DBR77 a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, and fully-paid license to use such Feedback for any purpose, including to enhance or develop the Service and related products.
You acknowledge that DBR77 is not required to credit or compensate you for Feedback, and any use of Feedback will not affect DBR77’s ownership rights in the Service.
6. Ownership
The Service and all related content, materials, and intellectual property — including but not limited to videos, text, graphics, course materials, documents, software, and design elements (“Materials”) — are the property of DBR77 Robotics sp. z o.o. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws.
Except as expressly authorized in these Terms, you are not granted any right, title, or interest in or to the Materials.
No implied licenses are granted. DBR77 retains all rights not expressly granted herein.
Users may quote or reference short excerpts from DBR77 content only with clear attribution to “DBR77 Masterclass” and inclusion of the source URL (https://masterclass.dbr77.com/).
Any broader distribution, republication, or public posting of DBR77 materials without written authorization is strictly prohibited.
7. Third-Party Terms
7.1 Third-Party Services and Linked Websites
The Service may include links to or integrations with third-party websites, platforms, or tools (for example, LinkedIn, YouTube, or payment processors).
These third-party services are not under DBR77’s control, and DBR77 is not responsible for their content, availability, or use of your information.
If you choose to interact with or link your DBR77 account to any third-party service, you do so at your own risk and subject to that third party’s terms and privacy policy.
Once your data or content is shared with a third-party service, DBR77 no longer controls that data.
7.2 Third-Party Software
The Service may include third-party software components provided under open-source or free-to-use licenses.
Your use of any such components is governed by the terms of the applicable third-party license, and nothing in these Terms limits your rights under those licenses.
8. User Content
8.1 User Content Generally
Certain features of the Service may allow you to upload or submit limited materials, such as quiz answers, discussion posts, or feedback (“User Content”).
You retain ownership of your User Content, subject to the limited license you grant to DBR77 below.
8.2 Limited License Grant to DBR77
By submitting or posting User Content to the Service, you grant DBR77 a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, and fully-paid license to host, store, display, reproduce, and process your User Content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, and improving the Service.
DBR77 will not use User Content for marketing or external publication without your explicit written consent.
8.3 Photographs and Images
The posting of photographs or images within the Service is generally not required or supported.
If you voluntarily upload an image (for example, as a profile picture), you confirm that you hold all rights to that image and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.
DBR77 prohibits any illegal, offensive, or defamatory content.
If DBR77 becomes aware of unlawful or prohibited material, it may remove such content and report it to the relevant authorities.
Images or screenshots from DBR77 Masterclass may be published externally only with DBR77’s prior consent and must clearly cite the source (“Source: DBR77 Masterclass”).
8.4 User Content Warranties
You represent and warrant that:
(a) you are the owner or have full rights and permissions to the User Content you upload;
(b) your User Content does not infringe or violate the rights of any third party or applicable laws; and
(c) your User Content is not unlawful, obscene, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and agree to indemnify DBR77 for any claims resulting from its posting or use.
8.5 User Content Disclaimer
DBR77 is not responsible for monitoring or controlling User Content.
We reserve the right to remove or block access to any User Content that violates these Terms or applicable law, without prior notice.
You acknowledge that you may encounter content from other users that you find inaccurate or objectionable, and you waive any legal claims against DBR77 arising from such exposure.
8.6 Monitoring and Compliance
DBR77 may, from time to time, monitor activity on the Service to ensure compliance with these Terms, to maintain security, or to improve the Service.
Any monitoring will be carried out in accordance with the DBR77 Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws (including GDPR).
DBR77 may remove or restrict access to any material deemed to violate these Terms without liability.
9. Artificial Intelligence
9.1 DBR77 AI
The Service may include access to DBR77 AI – generative artificial intelligence tools designed to assist Users in learning and exploring industrial and digital transformation concepts.
Some elements of the Service may use DBR77’s proprietary or third-party AI models (“Generative AI”) to process user queries and generate learning suggestions, explanations, or simulated examples (“Output”) based on data or prompts you provide (“Input”).
Generative AI is an evolving technology that may occasionally produce inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading results. The Service and any AI-generated Output are provided for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute technical, professional, or business advice.
You are solely responsible for verifying and evaluating the accuracy, reliability, and appropriateness of any Output before relying on it.
9.2 License and Data Use

All Inputs and Outputs remain under your control and ownership, subject to the limited operational rights granted herein.
Outputs generated by DBR77 AI may resemble outputs generated for other users, as machine-learning systems can produce similar responses to similar prompts.
All Outputs are provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind.

Any violation of this section may result in suspension or termination of access to AI-related features.
9.4 Disclaimers
DBR77 AI may occasionally generate incorrect, incomplete, or inappropriate content that does not represent DBR77’s views.
Use discretion before sharing, publishing, or relying on any AI Output.
You should not use DBR77 AI for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions.
Any Output related to such topics is purely illustrative and must not replace professional advice.
DBR77 provides no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, quality, or reliability of Outputs and assumes no liability for your use of or reliance on them.
9.5 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DBR77 will not be liable for any claim, loss, or damage arising from or related to your use of DBR77 AI, including any alleged infringement, error, or inaccuracy contained in an Output.
