Masterclass Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. On-demand content

For on-demand content, no refund is available after access is granted.

Where applicable law requires a consumer withdrawal right to be waived before immediate digital-content access begins, DBR77 will collect the required checkout acknowledgment or waiver before granting access.

2. Live cohort sessions

For live cohort purchases:

• a full refund is available up to 7 calendar days before the scheduled start date,
• no refund is available after that point unless applicable mandatory law requires otherwise,
• DBR77 may, but is not obligated to, offer a credit, transfer, or rescheduling accommodation in individual cases.

3. Operational changes

Live cohort dates may be rescheduled for operational reasons on reasonable notice.

4. Request process

Refund requests must be submitted to legal@dbr77.com with sufficient purchase details to identify the order and access type.
